ART PROJECT GRANTS

Provides area organizations with up to $20,000 in matching funds to produce or present high quality arts events that leave an arts legacy in Minnesota.

ARTS ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT GRANTS

APPLICATION NOW ONLINE!

Provides up to $5,000 in matching funds to local arts organizations to strengthen their capacity to provide quality arts activities. Provides up to $2000 in matching funds for local organization start-up or planning grants. Provides up to $15,000 in matching funds for equipment & facilities grants for local art organizations.

ARTS in the SCHOOLS GRANTS

Matching grants to schools for artist residencies or arts-related field trips that include educator training and community involvement.  Up to $2,500 for artist residencies (only up to $750 for pre-packaged theatre residencies) and up to $1,000 for art-related field trips.

Provides area art organizations up to $2,000 to complete a thorough planning process for large-scale arts projects.

Ongoing deadline:  1st of each month.

CULTURAL BANK

Up to $400 in insurance support for projects which face possible loss of expected revenue.

PRAIRIE DISCIPLE AWARD

This award ($500) acknowledges one person who has been instrumental in promoting the arts in the 18-county area of southwestern Minnesota.  In 2012, this award will be given to recognize a teacher/educator.
