"Fish Gone Wild" The Spicer Beautification Committee created a new public art project called “Fish Gone Wild.” 22 wooden fish were given to area artists to finish in their own unique way. The unveiling of the fish on May 27th at the city park on Green Lake drew a large crowd of onlookers. The fish will be placed throughout Spicer all summer as a tourist attraction. The City of Spicer received a SMAHC Art Project Grant for this project. Thanks to Monica Villars for submitting these photo
