Meet our New Program Assistant

We are happy to introduce our new Program Assistant, Nicole Johnson-DeBoer.  Nicole joined the SMAHC staff on April 21 as Program Assistant with the energy to fill a much-needed role in supporting our grant programs.  After a 20-year stint as a corporate creative director who managed a large team responsible for writing, graphic design, multimedia, web, museums and photography – she most recently worked as a project manager for a web development company and taught 3-year-old preschool.  From corporate to preschool, Nicole is flexible. 

In her spare time, she can be found painting custom murals and textures in homes around the area or testing some newly-found design technique.  We look forward to capitalizing on her talents and experience.
