SMAHC
programs for Individual Artists

The SMAHC Individual Artist grant program is
designed to aid in career development and arts activities of
artists living and working in the eighteen counties of
southwestern Minnesota served by the Southwest Minnesota Arts
and Humanities Council. It is made possible by funds provided
by the McKnight Foundation and the State of Minnesota.

guidelines and applications are available in Microsoft Word format

Prairie
Disciple & Prairie Star Award
An award to recognize an individual whose activities have best
aided the development of the arts (Prairie Disciple, $500)
or best exemplified the highest quality of art work (Prairie
Star, $1,000) in the SMAHC region. Awards made by
nomination only.
